Web Development Services Refund Policy

If you have engaged 22Codes for web development services, including customization, setup, or large projects related to PHP WordPress themes and plugins, please refer to the following refund policy:

Refund Period: Refund requests for web development services must be made within 7 days from the date the project has commenced or the service has been delivered, whichever comes first.

Eligibility: Refunds for web development services are considered on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility depends on factors such as the scope of work, project milestones, and client requirements. Full or partial refunds may be issued, minus any work already completed.

Communication: We encourage open and effective communication between our clients and us throughout the project. If there is a lack of communication from the client for an extended period after starting the project, we reserve the right to close the project. In such cases, there may be no refund for paid milestones, as our team has allocated resources and time to the project based on the initial agreement.

Change of Mind: If a client initiates a project with us and subsequently changes their mind before significant work has been completed, a percentage-based refund may be provided. The percentage refunded will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the project’s progress and incurred costs. We aim to provide fair refunds that consider both the client’s needs and our work completed up to that point.
